A South End favourite, The Waterman Fish Bar opens its second location in Cornelius on Thursday April 7th.

What to expect: Restaurateur Paul Manley’s neighborhood seafood restaurant (Ace No. 3, Sea Level) will open for lunch and dinner with an expanded menu and spacious patio.

On the menu: You’ll still be able to get all the oysters your salty heart desires, plus new dishes like crab cakes, rib eye marinated for 48 hours, and a two-tiered seafood tower.

  • As in the South End, expect oyster happy hour on weekdays from 2-7 p.m. with oysters priced at $1.50 each.
  • The Waterman LKN will also offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
